"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

it's so funny, every time we start talking about primer, the movie, we end up fighting, or what do you call it, arguing, quarreling, locking horns? difference of opinion, we call it. i'm usually the party that freaks out first. the funniest part is that we keep getting back to it, as if hoping that one of us will be more persuasive this time.
